Can I add a WhatsApp button for my construction business?
Yes. WhatsApp is one of 15 contact channels, alongside call, SMS, email, Messenger, live chat and booking. Social links cover 34 networks with their official icons.
Can channels follow business hours?
Yes. Mark a channel such as calls as hours only and set your opening hours. Outside them the widget shows an away message instead, so nobody rings the office at 9 pm expecting an answer.
Can I embed my GoHighLevel form or calendar?
Yes. The form widget can show a built-in short form or embed your own GoHighLevel, Typeform, Jotform or Google form, and the embed widget can open your booking calendar in a panel or drawer.
Where do built-in form responses go?
Straight into GoHighLevel as a new lead, or to your webhook or email.
How does it behave on phones?
Panels and drawers can open full screen on phones, the launcher can be smaller or hidden on mobile, and every open panel has a close control. Use the phone button in the preview to see it.
Can I show it only to some sub-accounts?
